Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new mechanical products and systems, from concept to production.
• Conduct in-depth engineering analysis, including FEA and CFD, to optimize designs.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical design issues.
• Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers within the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Expertise in CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
