Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough stress analysis , thermal analysis, and performance simulations to validate designs.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bill of materials.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and project management teams to ensure seamless product development cycles.
• Oversee testing procedures and analyze results to identify areas for design improvement and optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development .
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and CAE tools for simulation.
• Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage complex design projects from concept to production.
