Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of new mechanical systems and components, utilizing CAD software proficiently.
- Conduct thorough stress analysis , thermal analysis, and performance simulations to validate designs.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bill of materials.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and project management teams to ensure seamless product development cycles.
- Oversee testing procedures and analyze results to identify areas for design improvement and optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development .
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and CAE tools for simulation.
- Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to manage complex design projects from concept to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
