Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of new mechanical systems and components using CAD software .
• Perform detailed stress analysis , thermal analysis, and vibration analysis to ensure product integrity and performance.
• Create and manage detailed engineering drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) , and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, production, and testing teams to ensure seamless product development and implementation.
• Conduct design reviews, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex design challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design and development , preferably in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD/CAE tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS).
• Strong understanding of material science, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles .
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.
