Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and validation of intricate mechanical systems and components for new and existing product lines.

- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a diverse team of engineers in a remote setting.
- Champion best practices in mechanical design, analysis, and product development, ensuring compliance with international standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including electronics, software, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless product integration and successful launch.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges, driving continuous improvement in product performance and manufacturability.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA/CFD analysis tools.
- Proven experience in leading engineering projects and mentoring team members, ideally in a remote capacity.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adapted for a fully remote and international team environment.
