About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex mechanical components and systems using 3D CAD software .
- Conduct rigorous engineering analysis , including FEA and thermal simulations, to validate designs.
- Generate detailed manufacturing drawings, specifications, and comprehensive bill of materials .
- Collaborate effectively with R&D, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure successful product integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership throughout design projects.
- Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation procedures, ensuring adherence to project goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Proficiency with advanced CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and FEA packages.
- Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing techniques, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technical design projects.
