Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex mechanical components and systems using 3D CAD software .
Conduct rigorous engineering analysis , including FEA and thermal simulations, to validate designs.
Generate detailed manufacturing drawings, specifications, and comprehensive bill of materials .
Collaborate effectively with R&D, manufacturing, and external partners to ensure successful product integration.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership throughout design projects.
Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation procedures, ensuring adherence to project goals.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development.
Proficiency with advanced CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and FEA packages.
Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing techniques, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven track record of successfully leading technical design projects.
