Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of advanced mechanical systems and products.
• Conduct rigorous engineering analysis, including FEA and CFD, to optimize design performance, reliability, and safety.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables in a remote setting.
• Mentor and guide a team of mechanical engineers, fostering technical growth and collaborative problem-solving.
• Oversee the creation of detailed design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Expertise in CAD/CAE software and simulation techniques.
• Strong understanding of material selection, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring engineering teams.
