Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of complex mechanical systems and components.
- Perform advanced engineering analysis , including stress, thermal, and vibration simulations, to validate designs.
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate effectively with remote cross-functional teams, including project managers, software developers, and manufacturing engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers within the team, regardless of their location.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and engineering best practices for a remote workforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in CAD/CAE software suites (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX) and simulation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in distributed or remote teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
