Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate effectively with remote cross-functional teams, including project managers, software developers, and manufacturing engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers within the team, regardless of their location.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and engineering best practices for a remote workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in CAD/CAE software suites (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX) and simulation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in distributed or remote teams.
