Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their innovative engineering team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems, from concept to production, utilizing CAD software.
- Conduct thorough stress analysis , thermal analysis, and performance simulations to ensure design integrity.
- Oversee the prototyping and testing phases, documenting results and implementing necessary design modifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and software developers, to integrate mechanical solutions seamlessly.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and BOMs (Bills of Materials).
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
- Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering projects from inception to completion.
