About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct comprehensive FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations to validate designs and predict performance.
• Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and 3D CAD models using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists, via digital communication platforms.
• Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation processes, providing constructive feedback for design improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical engineering challenges that arise during design and manufacturing phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
• Demonstrated experience with materials selection, stress analysis, and thermal management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles.
