Senior Monitoring Surveyor

The director of a leading multi-disciplinary cost consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Monitoring Surveyor to join their Midlands office.

The Senior Monitoring Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Monitoring Surveyor will independently work across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the Midlands, North London and the Cotswold's.

The Senior Monitoring Surveyor will carry out a wide range of duties such as carrying out site inspections, monitoring project progress, reviewing costs, preparing reports, and undertaking a range of other monitoring duties.

The Senior Monitoring Surveyor

Completed a Construction related degree Previous Monitoring Surveyor experience MRICS would be a plus, not essential Quantity Surveying background preferred Car + drivers licence and willing to travel to site PQS / Construction Consultancy backgroundIn Return?
