Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mortgage advice, including product selection, application processing, and offer negotiation.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to identify the most suitable mortgage and protection products for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the process.
• Generate new business through proactive lead management, networking, and referrals.
• Mentor and guide junior mortgage advisors, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products.

Requirements

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with proven success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage market, including residential, buy-to-let, and protection products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a demanding workload.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
