About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their innovative team, working remotely. You will be instrumental in developing visually compelling motion graphics for a diverse range of projects, including broadcast television, online content, advertising, and corporate communications. This role demands exceptional artistic vision, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging animated visuals. Working in a fully remote capacity, you will collaborate with a distributed team of designers, animators, and project managers to deliver cutting-edge visual content for the Arts & Entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics sequences from start to finish.
• Collaborate with creative directors and clients to understand project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to present design concepts effectively.
• Operate and master industry-standard software for animation, editing, and graphic design.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards of work.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related creative suite applications.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in a remote team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in Cambridgeshire .
