About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and imaginative Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their creative hub in Manchester . This role is ideal for an individual passionate about bringing stories to life through dynamic visual content, from animated explainers and marketing videos to social media content and broadcast graphics. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conceptualizing and executing high-quality motion graphics that enhance brand storytelling and engage audiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various platforms including web, social media, and broadcast.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, and style frames to visualize concepts before production.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and video editors to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics.
• Optimize motion graphics for different formats and delivery requirements, ensuring high performance and quality.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in motion design and animation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical proficiency.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D software.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in 2D and 3D animation techniques is highly desirable.
