Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage complex network architectures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, outages, and other issues.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against threats and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and document network standards, procedures, and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deployments and ensure network readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in network engineering, with a strong focus on telecommunications networks .
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and other routing and switching protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and network security principles.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
