Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage complex network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and speed.
• Develop and maintain network security protocols and disaster recovery plans to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues promptly.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers and support staff.
• Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and solutions to enhance infrastructure capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer with at least 5 years in a senior capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
