Senior Occupational Therapist - Community Rehab Lead

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Integrated Community Response Service. You will deliver specialist assessment and rehabilitation for adults with complex needs, helping people stay safe and independent at home.

You will lead and develop junior staff, work within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to service improvement and discharge planning. Band 5 with progression to Band 6 on competency completion is available.
