Senior Occupational Therapist - Community Rehab

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Active Recovery Service or Neighbourhood Therapy Teams. You will assess adults after illness or injury, develop personalised rehabilitation plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and independence in home and community settings.
