About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Online Course Manager to oversee the development, delivery, and ongoing success of their online academic programs based in Norwich . This hybrid role involves managing a portfolio of online courses, ensuring academic quality, supporting faculty, and enhancing the student learning experience. You will play a crucial role in the strategic growth and operational efficiency of the online learning division, balancing remote project management with on-site team collaboration and faculty engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of online courses, from design and development to delivery and evaluation.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop high-quality online course content and pedagogical strategies.
• Ensure compliance with academic standards, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies.
• Provide training and ongoing support to faculty teaching in online environments.
• Monitor student engagement and success metrics, implementing strategies to improve retention and completion rates.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Online Learning, or a related field.
