Senior Onsite IT Technician & Mentor (White-Glove)

ABACUS is seeking a Senior Technician, Site Services to provide expert onsite IT support across MSP client environments. This role partners with the Site Services Manager to mentor field technicians and drive improvements in processes and playbooks, delivering a white-glove experience on every onsite engagement.

Responsibilities include hands-on troubleshooting of end-user hardware, local networks, and SaaS configurations (M365, Entra ID, Mimecast), along with ride-alongs to assess performance
