Senior Oracle HCM Cloud – Compensation & Benefits Lead

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation & Benefits consultant to lead design and delivery on UK ERP transformation programmes, including work with major public and private sector organisations.

You will be the trusted advisor shaping solution design, configuring fast formulas, running workshops, and guiding clients on leading practice while building long-term relationships within our Oracle practice. This role offers a hybrid/remote working model.
