Senior Peer Support Worker: Recovery Advocate & Groups

East London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Peer Support Worker to work across Newham mental health services, including community teams and inpatient settings. The role focal point is using lived experience to support recovery and to co-facilitate groups.

You will work face-to-face in community and inpatient units, support discharge planning, and contribute to training and referrals screening. Applicants must have completed the ELFT Peer Support Worker training and lived experience
