Senior Peer Support Worker: Recovery Ambassador for CEN

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Peer Support Worker to join the Brent Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) pathway. The post supports embedding recovery values and uses lived experience to inspire others within the Brent Community Mental Health Hubs and wider MDT.

The role involves direct work with service users, in groups or one-to-one, and collaboration with colleagues to promote recovery and reduce stigma. Regular supervision will be provided.
