Senior Performance Analyst: Public Services KPIs

Government Digital Service is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst for the Digital Identity programme. You will provide analytical leadership across one or more products, shaping what we track, and working with product teams to develop meaningful performance measures and actionable insights.

You’ll lead KPI development, data quality improvements and data storytelling, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring colleagues to raise analytical capability across the team.
