Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reservoir modeling and simulations to forecast production and identify optimal recovery strategies.
• Design and implement well completion and stimulation programs to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
• Monitor and analyze production data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for operational improvements.
• Oversee the technical aspects of field development planning and execution.
• Collaborate with geologists, geophysicists, and production technicians to ensure integrated project success.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in petroleum engineering, with a focus on reservoir management and production optimization.
• Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse) and data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas exploration, drilling, and production processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
