Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from various sources within the pharmaceutical operations.
• Develop and implement data analysis models and statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create clear and concise data visualisations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
