Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex experiments to identify and validate new drug targets.

- Contribute to the writing of research proposals, grant applications, and scientific publications.

Requirements
- PhD or equivalent in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in drug discovery.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex research projects.
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques, cell-based assays, and data analysis software.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes and regulatory guidelines.
