Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments related to drug discovery and development.
• Develop and validate new analytical methods for drug substance and drug product characterization.
• Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submission documents, including IND and NDA filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Clinical) to advance projects from discovery to clinical trials.
• Mentor and guide junior scientists, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot complex scientific problems and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on drug development.
• Proven expertise in formulation development , analytical chemistry, or drug delivery systems.
• Experience with regulatory affairs and documentation for drug submissions.
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with proficiency in relevant scientific software.
• Strong leadership potential and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
