Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-efficiency power converters, inverters, and associated control systems.
• Perform detailed circuit simulations and analyses using industry-standard tools like SPICE and MATLAB/Simulink.
• Oversee the prototyping, testing, and validation of power electronic designs.
• Collaborate with firmware and hardware engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to power electronics performance and reliability.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and strategic direction of the power electronics group.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics .
• 8+ years of experience in the design and development of power electronic systems.
• Expert knowledge of semiconductor devices (MOSFETs, IGBTs), magnetics, and control algorithms.
• Proficiency in PSIM , LTSpice, and other relevant simulation software.
• Strong understanding of thermal management and EMI/EMC considerations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective hybrid collaboration.
