This role focuses on advancing new chemical technologies and optimizing existing manufacturing processes. You will spearhead development efforts, collaborate with research teams, and ensure seamless scale-up into production. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of new chemical processes, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct pilot plant trials, analyze data, and translate findings into robust manufacturing procedures.
• Manage process scale-up activities, ensuring successful technology transfer to production facilities.
• Develop and validate process control strategies and operating parameters.
• Collaborate closely with R&D scientists and production engineers to overcome technical challenges.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and project proposals.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Chemical Engineering with a strong focus on process development.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in chemical process development and scale-up.
• Demonstrated expertise in reaction engineering , separation technologies, and process intensification.
• Proficiency in process modeling and simulation tools.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements in relevant industries.
