Senior Process Engineer - Biologics Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process development, optimization, and scale-up activities for biologics manufacturing processes (e.g., cell culture, purification, sterile filtration).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex process deviations and equipment issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and review process documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with GMP regulations and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the biopharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of biologics manufacturing processes, equipment, and GMP principles.
• Proven experience in process troubleshooting, optimization, and scale-up.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
