Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor chemical and physical processes for energy conversion and storage systems.
- Conduct detailed process simulations and analyses to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and manage project documentation, including P&IDs, technical specifications, and operating procedures.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to scale up new technologies from pilot to full production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues, ensuring plant safety and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering, with a significant focus on the energy sector , particularly renewables.
- Proven ability to design and optimize complex industrial processes.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with a track record of leading technical initiatives.
