Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Process Engineer to enhance their manufacturing operations in Plymouth . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes.
- Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and execute strategies for Lean implementation, Six Sigma projects, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee process validation and qualification activities to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to ensure seamless process integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence teams in Plymouth .
