Senior Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Optimize existing processes to improve yield, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
• Conduct detailed process analysis, including statistical process control (SPC) , to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, control plans, and validation protocols.
• Provide technical expertise and support to production teams, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage process improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process design, optimization techniques, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
