Senior Process Engineer

Our client is seeking a proactive Senior Process Engineer to enhance their manufacturing capabilities in Bristol . Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize chemical or mechanical processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Develop and implement process control strategies, including the use of statistical process control (SPC).
• Lead process validation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams on new product introduction and process scale-up.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, P&IDs, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience in process design, optimization, and scale-up.
• Strong knowledge of process control systems , instrumentation, and automation.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
