Senior Process Industrial Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex manufacturing and operational processes, identifying opportunities for significant efficiency gains and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced process improvement strategies utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Manage and execute large-scale projects focused on workflow optimization, system integration, and waste elimination.
• Develop and deploy sophisticated performance metrics and dashboards to track operational effectiveness and ROI of implemented solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers and operational teams in a remote setting.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to align process improvement initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; PhD is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong focus on process optimization and project management.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification required) and advanced statistical analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex engineering projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
