Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in process optimization and industrial engineering.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Advanced skills in statistical analysis, simulation, and data modeling.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
