Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key categories of spend, including market analysis and supplier identification.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of purchasing principles.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier performance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial information.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPS) is advantageous.
