About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories, from supplier identification and negotiation to contract management and performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs, improve quality, and ensure supply chain resilience.
• Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks within the purchasing function.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and service level agreements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role within a purchasing environment.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and achieving significant cost savings.
• Strong understanding of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
