Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify new opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Oversee the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their procurement needs and provide expert advice.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans to enhance quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated procurement or purchasing role.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Experience with procurement software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A relevant degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
