About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for their innovative software solutions based in Reading . This pivotal role involves defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating market needs into detailed product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver successful products. You will be at the forefront of identifying market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and driving the development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product lines.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Prioritize product features and backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of launching successful software products.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and manage backlogs effectively.
• Excellent understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
