Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of new production methodologies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor production output , quality control metrics, and key performance indicators, identifying areas for optimisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment uptime and reliability.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Mentor junior engineers and production staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
• Proven experience with process optimisation techniques, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, automation, and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced production environment.
