About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a highly motivated Senior Production Engineer to join their globally distributed team. This role involves analysing production data, identifying operational issues, and developing solutions to enhance output and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production data from wells and facilities to identify trends and anomalies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Develop and execute workover and intervention programs to optimize well performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
• Collaborate with reservoir and facilities engineers on field development and optimization projects.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior production engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in production engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in production system analysis, artificial lift methods, and well testing.
• Strong understanding of surface facilities operations and equipment.
• Experience with production optimization software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
