Key Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and manage a portfolio of complex programmes, ensuring strategic alignment and clear objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects within the programme, managing interdependencies and risks.
• Develop and maintain programme governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and effective decision-making.
• Lead and motivate a team of project managers and other programme staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Manage programme budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient utilisation and delivery of value.
• Engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights and regular programme updates.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Programme Management or a senior Project Management role overseeing multiple projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex, and strategic programmes from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of programme management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial management and resource allocation for large programmes.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP are essential.
