About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of assigned charity programmes , ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop strong working relationships with international partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
• Monitor programme progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct rigorous evaluation of programme impact and outcomes, producing comprehensive reports.
• Contribute to the development of new programme proposals and fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in programme management or a similar role within the international development or charitable sector .
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with remote teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Public Policy, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience.
