About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Architect to lead significant projects for their diverse client base in Wolverhampton . This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing all phases of architectural projects, from initial client engagement and concept design through to construction and post-completion evaluation. You will be responsible for ensuring design quality, technical execution, and client satisfaction across a range of sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple architectural projects concurrently, overseeing design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Engage directly with clients to define project scope, objectives, and design requirements.
• Develop innovative and technically sound architectural solutions that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with engineering consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and architectural technicians, fostering their professional development.

Requirements

• Professional qualification as an Architect (e.g., RIBA Part III or equivalent).
• Substantial experience (7+ years) in managing and delivering diverse architectural projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project leadership and design innovation.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural design software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
