Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Project Manager specialising in Change and Transformation to join their team in Bristol, South West England, UK . This role is critical in driving organisational change, implementing new processes, and managing the successful adoption of new systems and strategies. You will work across various departments to ensure that change initiatives are well-planned, executed, and aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of significant change and transformation projects across the organisation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring buy-in and effective communication throughout the change process.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes, systems, and organisational structures.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement timely corrective actions.
- Facilitate training and support programmes to ensure smooth adoption of changes by employees.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a dedicated focus on change management and business transformation .
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-faceted change initiatives in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with project management software and change management platforms.
- A relevant degree and professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci) are highly valued.
