Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Change Management to join their team in Nottingham . Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects focused on organisational change, process improvement, and system implementation.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Assess the impact of change on different departments and user groups, developing mitigation strategies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery of change initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams, HR, and IT to ensure cohesive change delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management , with a significant focus on organisational change initiatives.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and their application to change projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting impact assessments and developing user adoption strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
