About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical change management initiatives, operating in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of change projects, from assessing needs and developing strategies to implementation and post-change evaluation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and project plans.
- Lead the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop effective communication and engagement plans.
- Identify and manage potential resistance to change, implementing appropriate mitigation tactics.
- Collaborate with various departments to embed new processes, systems, or organizational structures.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of change interventions and project success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a strong specialization in change management.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex organizational change projects successfully.
- Solid understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Experience in managing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Relevant certifications in Change Management or Project Management are preferred.
