About the Role

Our client seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in the construction sector to join their dynamic team in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK . This role is critical for overseeing the successful delivery of major construction projects, from initial design phases through to final completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing a team of project coordinators and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, procurement, execution, and handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
• Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee site operations, quality control, and risk management processes.
• Report on project progress, challenges, and financial performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry .
• Proven ability to manage multiple, large-scale construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction project management software.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
