Senior Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for digital transformation projects.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional, remote teams , fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively implementing solutions to ensure project success.
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Oversee the implementation of new digital technologies and processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the business.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-phase digital transformation projects , preferably in a remote setting.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams remotely.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Engineering; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
